全密封電力變壓器取消了儲油柜，用波紋油箱本體的翅板作為散熱冷卻元件，同時隨著變壓器油的增減而 脹縮，使變壓器內(nèi)部與大氣隔離，防止油的劣化和絕緣受潮及老化，增加了運行的安全。鐵心采用好的冷軋硅鋼片，改善了磁通密度在鐵心內(nèi)部的分布狀況，減小了嗓聲，減小了損耗。線圈選用漆包線 （或紙包線）卷繞，圓筒式(或餅式）結(jié)構(gòu)，安匝分布均勻，絕緣結(jié)構(gòu)合理，具有很好的抗短路能力。油箱內(nèi)使用的緊固件均采用止退螺母，能長途運輸后運行時不至于松脫。油箱表面經(jīng)磷化處理后用三防漆（防潮、 防霉、防鹽霧）涂裝，應(yīng)用于治金、礦山、石化等使用環(huán)境較惡劣的場合。

The oil conservator is canceled for the fully sealed power transformer, and the fin plate of the corrugated oil tank body is used as the heat dissipation and cooling element. At the same time, the expansion and contraction of the transformer oil increase and decrease, so as to isolate the inside of the transformer from the atmosphere, prevent the deterioration of the oil and the moisture and aging of the insulation, and enhance the reliability of operation. The iron core adopts high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which effectively improves the distribution of magnetic flux density in the iron core, reduces the noise and reduces the loss. The coil is wound with high-strength enamelled wire (or paper-clad wire), cylindrical (or cake) structure, with uniform ampere-turn distribution, reasonable insulation structure and strong short-circuit resistance. The fasteners used in the oil tank are all retaining nuts, which can ensure that they will not loosen during operation after long-distance transportation. After phosphating treatment, the surface of the oil tank is coated with three-proofing paint (moistureproof, mildew-proof, salt spray proof), which is widely used in occasions where the use environment is relatively bad, such as gold treatment, mining, petrochemical and so on.
